IC FOLIGNO 5 -N. Alunno-Belfiore, Colfiorito (PG)

Our secondary school is divided into two parts, one in Belfiore and the other one in Colfiorito. Both the institutes were born after the Second World War around the year 1967. After the loss of many documents after the earthquakes of 1997, we can hardly find historical information about it.
The schools are sorrounded by an external garden, and in a few minutes walking distance you can reach parks and nature (Altolina path and Colfiorito natural park). Our insistute isn't very big in size, but it offers every comfort to the children: we have a LIM per classroom, a gym, a library rich in paper books and multimedial catalogues and texts to consult. Our position leads us to many projects for sustainability and enviroment. Our best targets are: working together (we have multiethnic and multicultural classes) for citizienship, improving languages' knowledge, using technologies for digital school, promoting the local history.
